These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using Fashionft.com (the “Site”). “Fashionft,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the Site and the team behind it, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses it.

Comments and User Content

You are responsible for anything you post or send to us. Please do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, misleading or that infringes anyone else’s rights, and do not post spam, unsolicited promotions or links to malicious sites.

Fashionft is an independent buying-guide site. We do not sell products, process payments, ship orders or handle returns. Many of our articles link to retailers, and some of those links are affiliate links. Fashionft is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click a link to another website, you leave Fashionft, and that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that retailer or seller. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content or practices, or the products they sell, including orders, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service. Product Information, Prices and Availability

We work to keep our guides accurate by comparing specifications, materials and construction details, checking brand reputation and warranty and return terms, and reading verified-owner feedback. Still, prices, availability, specifications, colors, sizes, ratings and promotions are set by retailers and manufacturers and can change at any time, including after an article was last updated. Airline carry-on size limits also vary by carrier and can change.

Always confirm current details on the retailer’s page, and with your airline where relevant, before you buy.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure, form the entire agreement between you and Fashionft regarding your use of the Site. If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
